The owner or operator must continue to monitor in accordance with the
assessment monitoring .04(7)(a)6 of this rule.

The assessment shall include an analysis of the effectiveness of potential corrective measures to meet the requirements and objectives of a remedy as described in part 8 of this subparagraph below. Analyses to assess and evaluate potential remedies shall address at least the following:
The performance, reliability, ease of implementation, and potential impacts of appropriate potential remedies, including safety impacts, cross-media impacts, and control of exposure to any residual contamination;
The time required to begin and complete the remedy;
The cost of remedy implementation; and
The institutional requirements such as State or local permit
requirements or other environmental or public health requirements that may substantially affect implementation of the remedy(s).
The owner or operator must discuss the results of the corrective measures assessment, prior to the selection of remedy, in a public meeting with interested and affected parties.
Selection of Remedy
Based on the results of the assessment of corrective measures conducted under part 7 of this subparagraph, the owner or operator must select a remedy that, at a minimum, meets the standards listed in subpart (ii) of this part. The owner or operator must submit to the Commissioner, within 14 days of selecting a remedy, a report describing the selected remedy, and how it meets the standard in subpart (ii) of this part.
Be protective of human health and the environment,
Attain the groundwater protection standard as specified pursuant to
Rule 1200-01-07-.04(7)(a)1 of this rule.
Control the source(s) of releases so as to reduce or eliminate, to the maximum extent practicable, further releases of Appendix II constituents into the environment that may pose a threat to human health or the environment; and
Comply with standards for management of wastes as specified in subpart (iv) of part 9 of this subparagraph.
In selecting a remedy that meets the standards of subpart (ii) of this part, the owner or operator shall consider the following evaluation factors:
