FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

New Senior Living Campus Breaks Ground in NW San Antonio

FORT WORTH, TX (July 27, 2010) – Adante San Antonio is a senior living campus being developed by Fort Worth based Covenant Group, and will be operated by Legend Retirement Corporation. The campus of independent living cottages and apartments, assisted living, and memory care is scheduled to open in mid-2011. Situated at the corner of NW Military Highway and Wurzbach Parkway, Adante San Antonio is convenient to medical services, shopping, restaurants, and hospitals.

Adante San Antonio will offer a wide range of amenities and services to its residents. The monthly rent for each unit includes restaurant-style dining, scheduled transportation to shopping and medical appointments, as well as recreational activities and social gatherings. 24-hour staffing and an emergency response system, repair, maintenance, and utilities (except personal telephone) are all included, so additional peace of mind for seniors and their families is built-in.

All apartments feature "fully-loaded" kitchens with a full-size refrigerator, four-burner stove, oven, microwave, garbage disposal and dishwasher. Residents will have a large living room/dining area, spacious bedroom(s), individual temperature controls and ample closet space.

Research shows that maintaining an active lifestyle at an intensity appropriate for the individual participant benefits the mind, body and spirit and contributes to a higher quality of life. Wellness promotion and customized exercise programs are central to the services Legend Retirement includes at its other communities and the same will be true of Adante San Antonio.

The Covenant Group formed in 1990, and currently owns and manages a number of independent and assisted living communities in Texas and Oklahoma. Adante San Antonio is their latest development. The forecasted positive employment and population growth of San Antonio makes the city, especially the Northwest quadrant, attractive for a project like this.

“Our ‘Resident First’ service credo ensures quality of care for our residents and their families,” says Dara Brown, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, “and the design itself offers upscale housing choices for seniors who want to be free of the burdens of homeownership”
