Focused on property development projects in Nanjing, People’s Republic of China, Eco-Island has a 50% equity holding for the 6,000,000 sqm GFA Sino- Singapore Nanjing Eco High-Tech Island in Nanjing. The registered capital of Sino-Singapore Nanjing Eco Hi-Tech Island Development Co., Ltd is US$99,000,000.
