Flavel Chapel Hall

Locals may have noticed that we have started work again restoring the hall.

Dry rot in the floor of the hall caused it to collapse. We understand this was due to a water leak that went undetected for some time. The result was that we had to remove the whole floor, and all the kitchen and bathroom units.

The Lord is kind however, and we are now in a position to press on with restoring the hall.

We are hoping to have the building ready for our 178th Anniversary. This is due to take place on the weekend of the 9th / 10th May. We are grateful for Our God's merciful provision, and invite you to join us to give thanks for all His kindness to us.

John Blanchard Meeting

We were greatly encouraged by the large turn out to the John Blanchard meeting in Torquay Town Hall. Some 250 / 300 people attended, and the question and answer session went well. Our prayer is that those who came will all be made to consider their eternal welfare.
