ANNEXURE C: SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
This Bid and all proposals (costs included) shall remain binding and valid for a period of ninety (90) days calculated from the closing date of the Bid.
Parliament reserves the right to notify bidders in writing to extend the above validity period for another sixty (60) days if deemed in the interest of Parliament.
Any additional extension after the above days, Parliament will request approval from bidders received.
The Bid shall be signed by a relevant company or close cooperation (CC) representative who has the relevant authority to sign legal and binding contracts on behalf of the company or CC.
If any part of this Bid is not duly filled in and signed in ink it may invalidate the Bid. Where alterations have been made to any part of the Bid, the Bidder must sign next to such alteration.
Bidders must submit the following documents:
Certified copies of (where applicable):
Proof of Registration, Certificate of Incorporation or CK1.
Proof of Ownership.
Certificate to Commence Business.
Certificate of Change of Name or CK2
Latest audited Financial Statements with comparative figures.
Joint Venture / Consortium agreement, Trust deed.
Proof of being the accredited representative in South Africa for the goods/services offered.
Proof of Registration to Professional Bodies or Organisations.
Sample Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Valid original Tax Clearance Certificate from SARS.
