Critical Deliverables

The Service Provider must have enough staff members present during tea and lunch breaks to serve and attend to guests, and they should be clearly visible and preferably in neat presentable uniform.

Prepared food must be at the tea and lunch venues  30 minutes before requested time of service

Service providers must make sure venues are cleaned, setup excluding food stuff and ready for service the day before the event.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

The Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2001 will be applied with the evaluation of bids.

The evaluation criterion to be applied in the adjudication of this quotation is as follows, but not limited to:

Adherence to minimum operational OHS regulations within the current business operations

The quality and standard of current products and services provided
