CITY OF MELBOURNE, FLORIDA MINUTES – REGULAR MEETING BEFORE CITY COUNCIL JANUARY 27, 2009

Mrs. Tasker asked if adding those two provisions, which weren’t discussed in Indialantic, would throw a wrench into the process. Mr. Schluckebier replied that he doesn’t believe so. He added that he suspects West Melbourne will have different issues.

The question was called. Motion carried. Mrs. Corby voted nay.

PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES AND COMMUNICATIONS

Mrs. Corby reported that the driving range nets are still down at Crane Creek Reserve Golf Course. The City Manager said that he will follow-up.
