JENNIFER D. COBB joined the Seattle law firm of Ferguson & Burdell as an associate in 1984 and became a partner in 1990. On March 1, 1994, Ms. Cobb, along with nine other lawyers who were formerly with Ferguson & Burdell, formed Jameson Babbitt Stites & Lombard. Ms. Cobb represents clients involved in real estate and business transactions, including sales and acquisitions, commercial development, condominiums, lending (including representation of lenders on FNMA and HUD loans) and leasing, as well as the day-to-day representation of real estate and business clients. Ms. Cobb is a member of the King County, Washington State and American Bar Associations. She is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust and Business Sections of the Washington State Bar Association and is a speaker on such subjects as Advanced Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreements, Due Diligence and Commercial Leasing. Ms. Cobb is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
