received by Landlord: provided, however, Landlord shall have the right to object to any of Tenant's Gross Sales statements within the five (5) years prior to the date of any audit disclosing an understatement in Gross Sales of an amount in excess of three (3) percent of Gross Sales. This Article shall not require Tenant to retain any business record for any period longer than such record would otherwise have been retained for Tenant's business purposes. Landlord shall not divulge any Gross Sales figures pertaining to the Market, but shall keep the same strictly confidential, except in connection with the enforcement of Landlord's rights under this Lease, or in connection with the sale or financing of all or a part of the Shopping Center by Landlord.
