Verify the Accuracy of Meeting Details After you have scheduled a meeting, a representative from our reservations department will confirm the details with you either through fax or e-mail. The confirmation form outlines the meeting number, meeting date, meeting time, participating sites, dialing plan, and any special instructions. Be sure to verify that all the meeting specifications are correct and make note of your confirmation number.

Changing Plans Change of plans? No problem. Global Crossing is happy to help. Contact our reservations department as soon as possible with your meeting number and date, along with your specified change. Whether you need to add/drop sites or integrate another Global Crossing videoconferencing service, we’ll make changes immediately and send you a new confirmation form.

Emergency Meetings Global Crossing can accommodate your emergency meeting needs within minutes. To schedule an emergency meeting simply contact our reservations department and communicate your urgent time requirements. Our staff will assist you with last-minute preparations and notifications, and help ensure that all sites are connected promptly. Emergency meeting charges may apply.

Canceling a Videoconference If you need to cancel a scheduled meeting, simply call our reservations department with your meeting number and date of conference. Global Crossing will send you a notice of cancellation by fax or e-mail. Please be aware that unless otherwise specified, only the original meeting requester can cancel a meeting. Cancellation charges may apply if the meeting is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
