Accessing and Using Interactive Web Reservations Once you have been assigned a login and password, you are ready to access and use Interactive Web Reservations! To get some practice, log in and try the ―Test Drive‖ area. This feature allows you to work through all the steps of booking an actual videoconference for your organization without actually scheduling a live call.
When you feel comfortable with your understanding of the reservations process, you can go ahead and begin scheduling live calls!
Interactive Web Reservations is accessed through the Global Crossing Conferencing web site, http://www.globalcrossing.com/conferencing, or through the interactive web reservations direct link at http://iwr.cfer.com.
Information needed to schedule a videoconference.
Date and time of the conference Names of the Video Sites to be joined in the conference Will Global Crossing dial out to Video Sites? Participant Information Any Special Instructions Appropriate Tracking Info (cost center, chairperson, meeting title, etc.)
