Concept diagram: Additive spaces and subtractive spaces are cre- ated along the street to create soft boundaries.
Program -- People can use these additive spaces along the street as social space, such as retail spaces, rest spaces and community spaces. The street dra- matically changes when events are held. On-street parking lots change into booth and rest spaces and people can walk the driveway as a promenade.
