Please note again that this Scope Framework is tentative and subject to change in discussion with West Windsor as its priorities and the lo- gistics for charretting become further clarified. Based upon logistical or financial grounds it may be determined that a specific expert that we have included on the team may or may not be required for the charret- ting process. At this point, however, we have drawn together the team that we think is the strongest for preparing the West Windsor-Princeton Junction Transit Village and Town Center Redevelopment Plan.
In developing our Fee Estimate, we have developed a framework for our scope that is consistent with the scope included in the RFQ. We have broken down our Not to Exceed Fee into its component parts. We have included rates for additional services; however, these rates are purely for services on an hourly basis. Should you wish to add additional ser- vices we would negotiate in good faith to develop a Not to Exceed Fee for such services.
Finally, at the project kick-off a key topic will be the Scope and how it will meet the goals of the Township of West Windsor. We expect consider- able give and take in this discussion and the potential for many further refinements in our Initial Redevelopment Plan Scope.
