It includes dormitories, dining facility, fitness center, academic facilities, an auditorium, interactive learning facilities, maintenance garage, and HQ office building. Through its siting and architectural character, the new facilities convey an important new image of the State Police as a responsive, specialized law enforcement agency serving the citizens of New Jersey.

Ogoori Railroad Station Mixed-use Concept Master Plan, Ogoori, Japan Project Planner/Architect for the Mixed-use complex at Ogoori Station. The project included a business hotel, a tour bus depot, a department store, other retail uses, residential functions, parking, a cultural hall accommodating 2000-3000 people, a multiplex cinema and the renovation of Ogoori Train Station, along with development a plaza to the north of the station. Block A totaled 40,975 S.M. and Block B totaled 22,730 S.M.

Cosmotoda Project in l’Hospitalet Master Plan, Barcelona, Spain Project Planner/Architect for the Master Plan for the Cosmotoda Project in L’Hospitalet.

The project proposed a new residential and retail area that will act as a catalyst for neighboring developments. The plan accommodates several existing structures within new construction to enhance the character of both old and new. Programmatically, the new buildings comprise two floors of retail and three floors of housing. The lower retail levels are articulated with pedestrian-scaled entrances and arcades, which provide vitality at the street level. Variety in the massing of the upper levels and roofs of the buildings create opportunities for creating roof terraces and interesting views.

Camden Waterfront Master Plan, Camden, New Jersey Project Planner/Architect for the Camden Waterfront Master Plan. The L-shaped site overlooks the Delaware River and offers spectacular views toward Philadelphia. The site also flanks an existing parking garage at the center of the block; a future companion building would be developed on the opposite side of the garage. Two separate schemes were developed for the project. The first was a 256,000 S.F., 19- story structure that featured two copper-clad towers rising from a glazed-brick base.
