THOMAS E. O’SHEA, PE, PP, CME VAN NOTE HARVEY Lead Civil/Site Engineer/Stormwater

Mr. O’Shea has more than 20 years experience in site planning and environmen- tal services. He is responsible for the firm’s site planning and design from concept through construction on institutional, commercial, residential, municipal and mixed- use projects. Activities include the design of site improvements, stormwater man- agement facilities, site grading, road design, parking and site layout geometrics, soil erosion and energy dissipation measures, and utility configurations. He directs and supervises the engineering disciplines and coordinates all aspects of projects with other design team professionals, client representatives and public agency person- nel.

Mr. O’Shea has been directly responsible for the site/civil engineering and environ- mental permitting services for Princeton University Capital Construction Program since 1986 including the campus-wide Master Stormwater Plan, incorporation of the campus-wide walkway circulation system, and the landscape design standards into more than 75 projects throughout the campus including two parking garages. Mr. O’Shea also provided civil engineering services for the Drew University Master Plan, which included concept development of circulation plans, parking expansion, and new and expansion building sites, as well as stormwater management erosion con- trol, and existing campus-wide infrastructure mapping into digital format.

Mr. O’Shea has also been responsible for the site/civil engineering and environmen-

tal permitting services for Janssen Pharmaceutical’s corporate office/laboratory

complex, Educational Testing Services’ 360-acre office/conference center, Merrill Lynch’s 225 acre Plainsboro - Phase 2 office development and numerous residential and educational facilities throughout New Jersey. Most recently, Mr. O’Shea provid- ed civil engineering services for Building 3K at Janssen Corporate office/laboratory

complex in stormwater management, public testimony and permitting.

Mr. O’Shea has been directly responsible for the site/civil engineering and environ- mental permitting services for the Institute for Advanced Study for a variety of aca- demic housing and support facilities. He also provided civil engineering services for the Drew University Master Plan, which included concept development of circulation plans, parking expansion, and new and expansion building sites, as well as stormwa- ter management erosion control, and existing campus-wide infrastructure mapping into digital format.
