Mercer Oaks Golf Course, West Windsor, New Jersey Provide environmental and engineering services for design and construction of 18- hole phase of the 700-acre 36-hole Mercer Oaks Golf Course. Services included wetlands delineation; floodplain delineation; engineering design including drainage, grading, sanitary force main and pump station, parking areas, driveways, cart paths, underground fuel storage tanks, maintenance yard; wetlands and stream encroachment permits and approvals; preparation of bidding and construction documents; construction stakeout; and construction observation.
Bristol-Myers Squibb Corporate Campus, Hopewell Township, New Jersey Site/and utilities engineering and environmental permitting for the redevelopment of the 440-acre campus. These facilities include: The 20,300 S.F. Building 11; the 12,250 S.F. Building 8; the 26,100 S.F. Building 17-A; the 135,000 S.F. Building 21; and a 450-car parking facility.
Educational Testing Services, Lawrence Township, New Jersey Civil/site engineering, environmental permitting and construction phase services for ETS’s corporate expansion which included: 4 new office buildings totaling 400,000 S.F. at their 360-acre headquarters office complex and improvements to the Chauncey Conference Center including delineating and mapping the critical wetland areas, surveying, and all of the civil and sanitary engineering, parking, and stormwater management. Recipient of the NJBIA “New Good Neighbor Award”.
Rhodia (formerly Rhone Poulenc), Monroe/Cranbury Townships, New Jersey Civil/site engineering and environmental permitting for the development of this 160- acre corporate headquarters office development in Cranbury, New Jersey. VNHA also prepared a feasibility study for the original corporate owner, General Foods. The scope included existing conditions analyses, zoning and utility requirements, and a wetland evaluation. We have also provided civil engineering services including detailed site plans for three research buildings existing on the site, as well as reconstruction of the internal road system.
