John Ryder is Manager of Environmental Services for Van Note-Harvey Associates. With over 20 years experience in the performance and direction of environmental projects services provided by VNHA. He offers significant experience and is recog- nized as an expert in the areas of regulatory compliance, environmental constraint evaluation, land use permitting, “Brownfields” site investigations and remediation, environmental impact, soil and groundwater remediation, UST/AST management, geophysical surveys, and Phase I/II environmental site assessments. Professional experience also includes expert witness appearances before municipal boards and agencies of the State of New Jersey.
