The objective was to increase suburban mobility through better multi-modal service coordination, more convenient and more attractive station facilities, and increased amenities at the stations.

Huntington Station Area Master Plan, Long Island, New York Master Plan for the area around the Station. The plan included phased development proposals for a new parking garage, an affordable housing project and a community cultural center. Our work included a housing market analysis as well as a transportation impact assessment.

Princeton University, Traffic and Parking Studies, Princeton, New Jersey Ongoing traffic and parking consultation since 1988, including traffic impact analysis preparation, assistance with the strategic master plan, and development of a circulation and parking plan.

Downtown Brooklyn MetroTech Center, Brooklyn, New York Review of traffic circulation and access to a 3M S.F. academic and high-tech commercial development that is served by a dense network of subway lines, bus routes and arterials.

Metro-North Railroad Melrose Station Revitalization Study, Bronx, New York Study of current and future utilization, capacity, deficiencies, and constraints of the Station, as well as development of station improvement alternatives.

Route 20 Corridor, Rensselaer, New York Corridor Improvement plan for 0.70 mile-long section of the highway. Recommendations include revised landscaped median, a park-and-ride lot, improvements to sidewalks, and land-use and zoning changes.
