Clare Russell has 28 years of experience in multidisciplinary architectural and engi- neering design development and project management. Her work has included design development, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, project management, and client relations. She has performed as Project Manager and Senior Supervising Architect for a wide range of projects, including rail stations, transit maintenance facilities, banks, office buildings, and corporate identity programs. Before joining Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB), Ms. Russell served as Project Manager for another major architectural/engineering (A/E) consulting firm. In this position, she managed transit projects for major clients. She later assumed responsibility for managing their archi- tectural and engineering group in Princeton, New Jersey.

REPRESENTATIVE PROJECTS Cherokee Bergen Line Station, Lyndhurst, New Jersey Project Manager for design and construction of a developer-funded Cherokee Railroad Station on the New Jersey Transit Bergen Line in the Meadowlands, just south of the Meadowlands Sports Complex. The new station and will serve a $1.8 billion dollar new community south of Rt. 3. This new planned community includes 600 luxury residential rental units, 1,130 active adult units, 850 market residential units, a 350-room golf resort hotel and two 18-hole golf courses.
Newark Airport Rail Station (aka the Air Train EWR Station), Newark, New Jersey Project Manager for the design and construction of the new station to serving as the connection between the New International Airport Monorail Extension and the Northeast Corridor Rail Line. The Station is referred to as the Air Train EWR Station. This project included the relocation of Amtrak and Conrail track, signals and catenary, a s w e l l a s t h e d e s i g n o f a n e w r a i l s t a t i o n t o l i n k t h e r e g i o n ’ s a i r a n d r a i l t r a n s p o r t a t i o systems. n
Pavonia Path Station, Jersey City, New Jersey Project Manager for the design of the proposed new pedestrian tunnel for the PATH station at Pavonia. The station is owned and operated by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and is adjacent to dense development of office buildings and retail stores. Under the umbrella of the Hudson Bergen Light Rail (HBLR) project, this task was to design a pedestrian tunnel to connect the HBLR with the existing Pavonia
