Employee Development Services Employee development resources are available to all employees. Our staff can explore independently or get help from our Employee Development Section, Career Counselors, Equal Employment Opportunity staff, Leadership Development Forum, Management Development Program,

On-site College Program, Skillsoft Learning Program, Supervisory Block Training Program, and EDS Training Consultants.

Individual Development Plans Recognizing we are all unique in the universe, we provide a unique process to identify career goals, education goals, and benefits to our department, its mission, and strategic goals. Employees build their own goals with their supervisor’s guidance and support.
