IDEAL GAS LAW
The ideal gas equation combines both Boyles Law and
Charles Law into one easy-to-remember law:
n = number of moles of gas in volume V
R = Ideal gas constant
R = 0.08206 L atm / (mol K) = 0.08206 L atm mol-1 K-1
An ideal gas is one for which both the volume of molecules and forces between the molecules are so small that they have insignificant effect on its P-V-T behavior.
