The Gold Avenue Loft in downtown Albuquerque “burys” a 180,000 square foot, 630 car parking structure, set 45’ back from the sidewalk. It is the most complex and high density building in New Mexico, combining rental retail, for- sale office, and for-sale residential on 12,000 square feet (150 dwelling units to the acre).
