PROGRAM LOGISTICS

A.

MANPOWER & PERSONNEL

Prior to the MRAP program establishment in December 2006, only three personnel within MARCORSYSCOM were assigned to oversee the limited amount of

MRAP vehicles that had manager, the contracting designation of the MRAP

During this time, nine different manufacturers received contracts for the production of MRAP vehicles, seven of which eventually delivered prototype vehicles for testing. These manufacturers were IMG, FPII, BAE, AH, OTC, PVI, and GDLS. The program office had one individual overseeing each of the three categories of these

vehicles, as well as the manufacturers offering vehicles within that individuals directly involved with the program, this meant long working
