Uniform Condominium, Uniform Planned Community and Model Real Estate Cooperative Acts, for which he received the PBA’s Distinguished Service Award. He received the 2010 Sir Francis Bacon Dispute Resolution Award from the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and in 2007 he was a recipient of PCM’s “Peacemaker of the Year” award because of his role in helping to draft S.R. 160, and ACR’s Presidential Award for exemplary service to the profession. Mr. Rosenstein is also a long- time Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in American Law and Pennsylvania Super Lawyers.
Mr. Rosenstein is an honors graduate of Harvard College and the Harvard Law School. He received his mediation, collaborative problem- solving, dialogue facilitation and related training from the Friends Conflict Resolution Program, Winsor Associates, Pennsylvania Bar Institute, ALI-ABA, ABA ADR Section (Advanced Mediation and Advocacy Skills Training), Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation, Lincoln Institute of Land Policy & Consensus Building Institute (Advanced Program in Mediating Land Use Disputes), National Coalition Building Institute and Good Shepherd Mediation Program (Advanced Program on Elder Mediation).
Mr. Rosenstein served on active duty for four years in the U.S. Navy, achieving the rank of Lieutenant. He is married to the former Linda Lederman. They have one daughter, Judith Rosenstein Gladshtein, who is an Assistant Professor of Sociology at the U.S. Naval Academy.
