Executing threads

The DETAIL and SUMMARY displays include information for all applicable competing threads. To limit the displays to executing threads only, use the EXECUTING keyword:

Figure 11 on page 71 shows the report generated from the DISPLAY DETAIL EXECUTING command.

Often, many PSBs fall outside a convenient group or cannot be grouped. The OTHER keyword displays information for all the PSBS that are not grouped.

Combining PSB groups

At times you may need to combine data from several PSB groups and treat them as a single workload. For example, your site may have several PSB groups defined to separate various tasks, but a requirement may still exist for a report that crosses over the group boundaries.

You can ask the EPILOG reporter to combine several groups and treat them as one. For example, suppose you have groups 2, 4, and 12. You can
