AusAID financed project ‘Indonesia Australia Aviation Security Capacity Building Project (IAAP)’ to raise Indonesia’s ability to comply with ICAO Annex 17 Standards via training and capacity building programmes with personnel within the Ministry of Transport and the aviation industry.
Establish project offices in-country, manage the project to completion and close project offices;
On behalf of the client: Australian Government – DOTARS, establish stakeholder relationships;
Liaise with the client and project stakeholders and establish the project objectives and work-plan;
Manage the work-plan implementation and all training and capacity building programs;
Manage the budget and procurements, locally employed staff, adviser TORs and inputs, specific training and project requirements.

AusAID/AIPRD financed ‘Plan for Planning’ project.
Negotiate with the national, provincial, regional and district planning agency in NAD, (Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam) to coordinate the development and implementation of ‘Analytical Planning and Reporting’ workshops throughout NAD at the Kabupaten district level;
Liaise with AusAID and AIPRD (Australia Indonesia Partnership for Reconstruction and Development) to ensure the workshop design and delivery address the needs of all stakeholders;
Liaise with other donor agencies, notably World Bank/KDP, JICA, USAID, UNDP, DFID to exchange information and ensure complementary and informed activities;
Liaise closely with the contracted Service Provider to ensure all workshops address the needs of the recipients and outcomes produced are made available to AIPRD;
Oversight all workshops delivered by the Service Provider to ensure project objectives are met;
Prepare routine briefs for AIPRD and the Aceh Governance Adviser on the status and quality of workshops delivered;
Review the Service Provider’s 'Completion Report' and draft a report for submission to AIPRD
