Conflict Basics

Each of our tools is offered in a variety of contexts including individual and team applications. A de- tail description of each tool is outlined below.

We also combine eTools into toolsets and toolboxes. Toolsets and toolboxes provide more detail for a given topic area. Toolsets consist of three eTools and toolboxes consist of four to six eTools.

Our eTools may be purchased individually, or as toolsets or toolboxes combining eTools at the cus- tomer’s discretion. We continue to develop eTools to supplement our training courses.

We believe our products offer a substantial return on investment. Our unique approach allows cus- tomers to use stand-alone eTools or eTools as a supplement to our on-site training services. Our content can be distributed efficiently across an organization so that everyone can be rapidly exposed to concepts and immediately apply the tools. The eTools also provide the ability to continually rein- force concepts for years after initial training. Our tools continue to pay dividends to our customers long after the initial training.
