YEAR 10 JAPANESE RESTAURANT EXCURSION Recently the Year 10 Japanese class visited Chiba Japanese restaurant in Moonee Ponds. The girls enjoyed a delicious Japanese lunch consisting of miso soup, sushi and yakisoba. The Science Experience (formerly known as ‘The Siemens Science Experience’) is a three-day hands-on science, engineering and technology program conducted in a number of Australian Universities in 2009/2010 for students who will be entering Year 10 in 2010. The three-day program includes:
a variety laboratories,
interesting presentations by leading

engineers talks on further studies and careers in science outdoor excursions and activities social activities and entertainment
It is a Rotary Youth Services Project and fully supported by the Australian Science Teachers Association. The cost of the three-day program is $105 (includes GST). Local Rotary Clubs are often willing to

Deputy Principal, Ms Julie Swanson, will open the exhibition on Wednesday at 6:00pm. This will be followed by a fashion parade by VCE Studio Arts – Textiles students and a VCE Media film festival held in the Mezzanine.
