Submit Final to HOPE

An evaluation of the MTE process was completed by 11 team members at the end of the Analysis Workshop.  The results were:

91% of participants felt that the process used was very effective, 9% said it was effective

Most participants said that the process was very complete, no steps were lacking

What people liked most about the evaluation was the visits to the communities, the participation of MINSA and other organizations, having an opportunity to exchange ideas and hear other points of view, and the participatory methodology used in the evaluation

What people liked least was that not all members of the evaluation team participated in all aspects of the evaluation

82% of the participants felt the process of the evaluation was very applicable to their work and 18% said it was applicable to their work, to use the recommendations that were generated, to apply in other evaluations, to use participatory methodologies for other activities

Suggestions for improving the process in the future were: improve the coordination with the communities to be visited, more time should be allowed for the analysis of strategies and results of the KPC
