arrangements or declining turnout may be made with Stable manager. Owner may use a stall guard on their horses stall, but if Stable management judges is necessary to remove it (chewing on stall and door fronts; trying to nip or bite horses, people or animals; breaking clips and escaping; getting tied up in it); clips and repair are the responsibility of Owner. Trailer parking may be available at a charge of $ _______ per month.

BOARDING RULES AND REGULATIONS

Regular barn hours are form 9 a.m. (this gives adequate time for horses food to

digest) until 8 p.m.

a) Owners may visit at other times than this, but if not on a regular basis, needs to notify Stable management. If at night after hours, Owner is responsible for closing down the barn; instructions given under rule 5.18.

b) Boarders are responsible for notifying management, in writing, if horses are going to shows, trips, ect. Expected time and date or return is to be conveyed to management. A message board is provided in Stable for communication purposes.

c) Management will determine whether a horse(s) returning from outside Activities will need quarantined.

5.1

Hard helmets: Individuals under the age of 21 must wear hard helmet when on

horse back on Stable premises. recommends the use of hard helmets.

      Management strongly recommends for your safety no bareback riding.

    • 5.3

      Management requires anyone under 18 to be under adult supervision.

    • 5.4

      Please clean up after yourself. Sweep floor when done grooming your horse.

Pick up manure your horse drops in grooming area, aisle, arena and driveway. Turn off all water when done using hose, make sure horse’s stall door is secure before leaving.

5.5

Stable is not responsible for anything lost, stolen, or damaged.

Do not borrow

equipment from anyone without their permission, including Stable’s.

5.6

Stable provides Owner with one locker and space for one truck in the aisle.
