Horse’s halter should have name clearly written on it and be hanging on stall at all times, if horse is not wearing it. All other equipment should be put away in locker or trunk before owner leaves the premises, or may be thrown away or confiscated if left out over a period of time. Aisles should be tidy and organized. Limited space may be available for
additional storage for a charge of $ ______ monthly.

Owner will provide yearly proof of current Coggins test if transporting horse off
of farm premises at any time throughout the year. All inoculations (EWT, Flu/Rhino, West Nile, Rabies; Strangles, if transporting horse off of farm premises at any time throughout the year) are to be done no later than June of every year. Management requires proof of inoculation (vet bill or receipt). A Flu/Rhino booster is to be given in the Fall every year. If proof is not given by June 30th, management will inoculate horse(s) and bill Owner, payable with the following month’s board or no later than 30 days of
inoculation. Horses are to be wormed no less than every 3 months or 4x/yearly.
ALL COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE CARE OF YOUR HORSE OR OTHER
STABLE ISSUES MUST GO DIRECTLY TO STABLE COMPLAINING CONTINUES WITHOUT PROBLEM ATTENTION OF STABLE MANAGEMENT, OR IF OWNER
