5.14

No Owner, other than staff, is to provide additional grain, hay, supplements or

medications to Owner’s horse with out first consulting with and notifying management. We need to be aware of everything the horse ingests other than

Stable treats.

Please be advised that treats can be a cause causing pushy and unsafe behavior, and is

of diabetes and obesity not recommended. If

5.15

Abuse of animals in any form will not be tolerated.

board or calling the morning to be left in between the hours of 7 - 8 a.m.

5.17

All

training

and

instruction

will

be

hired

through

Stable’s

trainers.

If

horse

is

leaving for a short time to a show/trainers for any duration longer than 1 week, and using

feed other than Stable’s, a discount of materials not used will be given.

5.18

Closing:

If you are the last person in the barn, you are required to turn off

all lights (lounge and bathroom included), check all doors (stall, arena aisle doors,

exterior barn doors, lounge, locker room and grain room) to make sure they properly closed.

TERMINATION

6.

Owner agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of Stable. Failure to do so will

result in the following action: 1) verbal warning of violation, 2) written notice of violation, 3) eviction. Either party may terminate this agreement by giving thirty (30)

days written notice.

6.1

This agreement is entered into in the state of Ohio and will be interpreted and

enforced under the laws of Ohio.
