T he Bible says, “Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life,” (Prov. 13:12, NIV). If you ask many of our guests and residents, they’ll confirm that truth. Through Christ’s work on the cross and your generosity, the hurting and homeless find hope and receive healing here. From our children’s day care and after-school program to life skills training and recovery counseling for adults, any one, of any age, with any kind of need can find guidance and help through Christ at Star of Hope. Thank you for your willingness to fulfill a hurting heart’s longing for food, shelter, clean clothing and loving care.
As we share the love of Christ with men and women in our communit , it’s a blessing to offer them nutritious food in His name. Thanks for helping us provide daily meals to those in need.
