    ONE WINDOW ON THE FRONT WALL OF THE SOUTH SIDE ADDITION HAS BEEN REMOVED AND THE WALL CLOSED UP.

    THE WINDOW OPENINGS HAVE BEEN ALTERED IN SIZE.

    A PORTION OF THE WINDOWS HAVE BEEN BOARDED WITHOUT OBTAINING A BOARD-UP BUILDING PERMIT.
