CounterPoint SQL V8.3.5 Release Notes
Price by cell (Enterprise)
CounterPoint now supports cell-specific “base prices” (i.e., Price-1, Price-2, etc.) for gridded items. This feature allows you to define and maintain different price levels for each of a gridded item’s color/size combinations (i.e., cells), without using special price rules. For example, you could use this feature to charge more for an extra-large shirt than you do for the same shirt in small, medium, and large.
You must have the Advanced Pricing Option to use cell-specific pricing.
To enable cell-specific pricing, select the new Use cell prices check box on the Pricing tab of the Inventory Control window (Setup / Inventory / Control).
Select the Use location cell prices check box to allow users to define cell-specific prices for each location.
With these settings, you can use the Item Prices window (Inventory / Prices / Item Prices) to enter individual price level values for each cell of a gridded item.
The Price-1 value defined in this example applies to the BLUE/LARGE cell of the item SHIRT.
Further, this price will only be in effect at the MAIN location.
