You should carefully review the PURGE TICKET HISTORY report before purging. If the report includes events you do not want to purge, revise your filtering criteria and review the report again. You can print or preview the PURGE TICKET HISTORY report as many times as you like without affecting your data. When you are satisfied that the report includes only the ticket history you want to purge, click Purge to begin the purging process.
The PURGE TICKET HISTORY report appears again to give you another opportunity to review the ticket history you are about to purge. If you are certain the report includes only the events you want to purge, print the report to provide a permanent record of the ticket history you are purging.
Close the PURGE TICKET HISTORY report to proceed with the purge. The following message appears to verify that you want to purge inactive items.
Click Yes to purge the specified ticket history from your database.
This process permanently removes the specified events from your database! Make absolutely certain that the PURGE TICKET HISTORY report includes only ticket history you want to purge.
When the purge is complete, the following message appears to indicate the number of tickets, voided tickets, and release tickets that were purged.
Click OK to close this message and return to the Purge Ticket History window.
