When you are satisfied that the report includes only the ticket history you want to purge, click Purge to begin the purging process.

The PURGE TICKET HISTORY report appears again to give you another opportunity to review the ticket history you are about to purge. If you are certain the report includes only the events you want to purge, print the report to provide a permanent record of the ticket history you are purging.

Click Yes to purge the specified ticket history from your database.

WARNING!
