Rewards. As a valued custome , we want your wireless account to grow with you. After 18 months of service and strong payment performance, Sprint will remove your spending limit and send you an account notification letter.
Deposits. Your deposit will be refunded after one year of service as a credit to your account. If this results in a credit balance, you may simply request a refund for the difference. Should you discontinue Sprint service before a year has passed, your deposit will be refunded minus the amount of your outstanding balance and early termination fee, if applicable.
Sprint 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee. We give you 30 days to try Sprint risk free. If you are not completely satisfied with Sprint, your service, phone or network, simply return your phone, and deactivate service within the 30 days. We’ll return your activation fee, waive your early termination fee, and you will only be responsible for charges based on your actual usage.
To qualify, you must be within 30 days of activation: (1) return your complete, undamaged phone with the original retailer’s proof of purchase to where you purchased the phone; and (2) request that we deactivate your service. In all instances, you are responsible for all charges based on actual usage (e.g. partial monthly service charges, taxes and Sprint Fees). If you purchase your phone through a Sprint authorized deale , additional dealer fees may apply.
Offers are subject to credit approval. Depending on your credit, in most instances, a preset account spending limit between $125 and $400 per line and a refundable deposit of $0-$750 per line will apply. Ask your representative for your specific preset limit.Sprint may limit the number of phones you can activate on your account. Monthly service plan charges will continue to accrue if your service is turned off, when you exceed your spending limit or in instances of nonpayment. A $25 reconnect fee may apply to reestablish service on all accounts that have been disconnected for nonpayment or exceeding their account spending limit. The account spending limit/ reconnection fee is subject to change without notification. Text messages can only be received if you are in a Sprint Service Area and your Sprint phone is operational and turned on. Due to the timing of international invoicing, international usage may be invoiced after 30- 60 days and the impact to the account balance may be delayed. The Sprint Payment Card is provided and serviced through PreCash, Inc. Sprint Stores are not participating retailers accepting cash payments using the Sprint Payment Card. The Account Balance Monitor (ABM) may not be compatible with select devices. Online account access from your phone and the ABM may incur casual data usage charges if not on a Vision or a Power Vision plan. In certain areas, a $4.99 per month account spending limit program fee will apply per line.
