On a motion by MR MIKE MIKELL, a second by DR ROB NELSON, and a vote of ALL AYES (Mr. Mikell- aye; Mr. Calhoun- aye; Dr. Nelson- aye; Mr. Nelson- aye; Ms. Tammy Rogers- aye) the Board retired into Executive Session to hear cases based upon the following allowable statutory reasons:
Discussions involving the competence of license holders
Discussion involving confidential patient information
As attorney for the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy and as a lawyer licensed to practice law in the State of Alabama, the Board’s counsel, Jim Ward, certified that pending cases would be heard.
At 5:15 P.M. PRESIDENT NELSON adjourned the hearing.
