Report on Self Insurance Groups
This report is based on CHSWC staff interviews and discussions with stakeholders and experts, reviews of statutes and regulations and public documents and literature, and reviews of confidential records by CHSWC staff and by an independent consultant. Additional input was received at an April 16, 2009 meeting of SIG administrators as well as representatives of the Self
Insurers’ Security Fund and CHSWC staff.
