Every year approximately 7,000 students from 15-19 go abroad under the auspices of the Rotary Youth Exchange program either for the academic year or an extended period of time. Every year approximately 60 eleventh and twelfth graders attend one of SYA's schools in Beijing, China; Rennes, France; Viterbo, Italy; and Zaragoza, Spain. SYA is a consortium of 23 member schools around the United States.
