The Iowa Tests of Basic Skills is a norm-referenced test that is used by the Clover Park School District to compare the performance of their students with those across the country. The test battery measures student’s performance on a sample of skills and content in reading, language, and mathematics. A composite score was also generated based on performance in the other areas tested. Data are reported in terms of comparative performance to the national average of 50th percentile.
