JENNIFER SCHWARTZMAN Senior Managing Director – Capital Group

Jennifer Schwartzman focuses on investment sales in the New York metropolitan region. In addition to investment sales, Ms. Schwartzman provides advisory services to Verizon.

Before joining Newmark Knight Frank, Ms. Schwartzman worked for the City of Bridgeport, Connecticut in economic development.

Ms. Schwartzman’s clients include the Hudson Yards Development Corporation, Mount Sinai Medical Center, Lenox Hill Hospital and New York University.

Ms. Schwartzman holds a JD from Fordham University in addition to an M.B.A. and Masters of Public Affairs from the University of Connecticut.

ALICE P. DIMARZIO, FRICS Senior Managing Director – Capital Group

Alice P. DiMarzio has helped build the Investment and Development Advisory Division of Newmark Knight Frank’s Capital Group. In addition to the sale of development sites, office buildings and properties ready for conversion, Ms. DiMarzio has been responsible for over 9.4 million square feet of transactions and numerous consulting assignments. Most recently, she assisted Boymelgreen Developers in the preemptive acquisition of 14 Wall Street, another former J.P. Morgan trophy, Leviev Boymelgreen’s first office acquisition in New York City.

Ms. DiMarzio holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate Investment and Development, granted with Distinction, from New York University. Ms. DiMarzio holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Manhattanville College.

JOHN C. HOFFMAN Executive Managing Director – Tri-State Capital Group

John C. Hoffman joined Newmark Knight Frank’s Tri-State Capital Group as executive managing director in 2008. Mr. Hoffman is a 30-year veteran of the real estate industry with extensive experience as both a principal and intermediary.

Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Hoffman was with Grubb & Ellis as a managing director of the Institutional Services Group. In that capacity, he was the company’s nationwide point of contact for managing the Prudential Real Estate Investors and Sunbelt accounts.

Mr. Hoffman earned a B.S. in economics from St. Peter’s College and a M.B.A. in finance from Pace University.

MATTHEW J. SCHNÜRR Executive Managing Director – Tri-State Capital Group

Matthew Schnürr joined Newmark Knight Frank’s Tri-State Capital Group in 2008 as executive managing director. Mr. Schnürr has more than 25 years of experience. He has successfully completed equity, debt and structured transactions on office, industrial and retail properties.

Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Schnürr was with the Institutional Services Group of Grubb & Ellis. He has created financial restructuring of several developer portfolios which incorporated institutional joint venture participation.Additionally, he has represented private investors in the acquisition of non-performing first mortgages.

Mr. Schnürr has completed various continuing education courses at the New York Institute of Finance such as Technical Analysis, Risk Arbitrage and Options Strategies. He has an undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University with a focus on Accounting, Biology and Psychology.
