SCOTT POLLACK Senior Managing Director – Capital Group

Scott Pollack has worked in commercial real estate for the past 14 years with responsibilities including fund management, portfolio management, capital markets activities, transaction execution and underwriting, debt and equity asset management and property management. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Pollack was a vice president and fund manager at a publicly traded real estate finance company where he managed $560 million of investor capital including two real estate debt funds on behalf of a third party public pension fund client and a multi-investor discretionary subordinate debt fund.

Mr. Pollack received a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the New York University Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Wittenberg University.

NICOLE STEEL Director, Cross Border Investments – Capital Group

Nicole Steel is the Director of Cross-Border Investments, working with President Jimmy D. Kuhn along with Knight Frank’s regional capital markets teams in London, Singapore, Manama, Mumbai and Sao Paulo with local teams as needed. Unifying Newmark Knight Frank’s capital markets capabilities spanning 6 continents, this group focuses on addressing the needs of global clients with commercial real estate investments outside of their home countries. The international capital markets team provides strategic cross-border investment advisory services, including equity placement into commercial real estate assets and portfolios, as well as sales.

Ms. Steel holds a B.S. in Finance from George Mason University and studied abroad in London to complete her requirements for a Minor in International Relations.

ADAM RUBINSTEIN Director – Capital Group

Adam Rubinstein joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2004. Currently Mr. Rubinstein is a director in the Capital Group where he focuses on quantitative analysis and due diligence across all property types.

Prior to joining the Capital Group, Mr. Rubinstein was an Associate Director in the financial services group at Newmark Knight Frank. Prior to Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Rubinstein work at New York Life Investment Management and CIBC World Markets.

Mr. Rubinstein holds a Masters of Science in Real Estate from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan.

DAVID STRONGWATER Senior Capital Markets Analyst – Capital Group

David Strongwater joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2006 and currently serves as the senior capital markets analyst in the Capital Group. Mr. Strongwater is responsible for providing relevant financial analysis, research and written materials for investment transactions as well as select leasing transactions. Mr. Strongwater’s in-depth understanding of the structured finance, investment, and leasing marketplace gives him a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market.

Mr. Strongwater graduated from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree with a triple major in Finance, International Business and Information Systems.
