PAUL K. TALBOT Principal – Capital Group Structured Finance Team
Paul K. Talbot, principal of Newmark Knight Frank Capital Group, leads the Structured Finance team. He joined the company in 2000, after serving 12 years as president and owner of First Capital Corporation. Mr. Talbot has secured financing and equity for properties throughout the United States, amounting to more than $2 billion in transactions.
Mr. Talbot graduated from Acadia University in Nova Scotia, Canada, with a B.A. in Business Administration.
WILLIAM C. CASSIDY Managing Director – Capital Group Structured Finance Team
William Cassidy joined the Capital Group Structured Finance Team with 20 years of commercial real estate experience. William Cassidy’s previous work experience includes working for MetLife Real Estate followed by tenures with Citigroup Global Markets and JPMorgan, in both equity asset management and financing.
From 1989 to 1995, Mr. Cassidy represented MetLife in the workout, foreclosure reposition and sale of over $500 million of commercial property in the greater New York area.
Mr. Cassidy has a B.A. from St. Lawrence University and a M.B.A. from Fordham.
JI WON SIN Director – Capital Group Structured Finance Team
Ji Won Sin joined Newmark Knight Frank Capital Group’s Structured Finance Team in 2008. Ms. Sin has eight years of commercial real estate experience with Countrywide Commercial Real Estate Finance and Metropolitan Funding Corporation in both securitized financing and agency financing. In addition, Ms. Sin oversaw the underwriting and asset management of floating rate transactions in commercial real estate CDOs as well as note sales.
Ms. Sin also holds a Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School and is an admitted New York Attorney.
ANDREW E. BENNETT Director – Capital Group Structured Finance Team
Andrew E. Bennett joined Newmark Knight Frank Capital Group’s Structured Finance Team with eight years of commercial finance experience.
Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Bennett worked at Bank of America in Seattle, Washington as well as San Francisco and Irvine, California, where he focused on the origination, structuring, underwriting and closing of loans for new development, acquisitions and recapitalizations.
Mr. Bennett has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Real Estate from Washington State University.
