Operation of the Entrada Gate: - (President Dam): Mark soldered the connections in the control cabinets for all four gate arms to prevent the connections with wire nuts coming loose due to the constant vibration of the gate arm. New IQ also discovered that the circuit board in the gate arm controllers had been recalled and Action Automatic Door had not swapped them out for the upgraded model. New IQ ordered the circuit boards and installed them at no charge. The new digital DVD and upgraded cameras are now installed. They need to make some adjustments and Platinum is now raving about the improvements both in clarity and ability to locate a specific incident due to the date and time stamps. New IQ has the old analog DVD and is attempting to sell it for the HOA. A credit will be applied to our account once it is sold.

New IQ update on Entrada Ave. Gate cameras: President Dam gave an update on the installation of the new cameras and mentioned that Amy

Bruener,Office Manager with Platinum Property Management gave her view of the new cameras in the following email; “New IQ has installed the new camera software on my computer to access the new cameras at the back gate. I am writing to tell you what an incredible improvement the views are. With the digital technol- ogy the images are very clear and can be manipu- lated for better angles and views of subjects and incidents at the gate. The software also has a unique feature in that there is a timeline that shows activity at the gate so if Mark Thieme or myself are looking for an incident and we are only given a time frame we can see exactly the moments that activity occurred. I feel the new cameras will increase security and enforcement of the rules exponen- tially.”

Stating that insur- ance companies would lower the rates for homes being closer to the fire stations. We contacted Google Maps and Mapquest sending a screen grab to show where the new road is. Google got right back and said it will be fixed as soon as possible. Google maps now shows an overview into the back gate.
