Provide dry contacts at terminal strip for BAS to monitor the VFD fault function.
Provide an analog signal input to the terminal strip from the VFD for the BAS to monitor VFD amperage for fan array programming status and failure.
Provide high static and / or low static pressure safety circuit(s) and provide dry contacts at terminal strip for the BAS to monitor status.
Provide coil freeze protection safety circuit and provide dry contacts at terminal strip for the BAS to monitor status.
Provide any other safety circuit input that may be indicated for complete functionality of the system as well as dry contacts at terminal strip for BAS monitoring of each circuit.
Provide AHU fire life safely shutdown safety circuit with terminal strip for connection from Division 28 Fire Alarm System and provide dry contacts at terminal strip for the BAS to monitor status.
Provide termination strip for input from fan array status circuit from Motor Overload panel and provide dry contacts at terminal strip for the BAS to monitor the common fan status of each array.
Provide indication lights mounted in the component panel to display each status of any required safeties circuits such as, but not limited to high static safety, freeze coil safety, damper open position, and fire life safely shutdown.
Provide "Push to Test" indication lamp push button.
Termination strips, LED, lamp indicators, relays, switches, and any other apparatus shall be labeled in approved manner as deemed by the owner.
OVERLOAD PANEL (Rated for up to 600 VAC)
Compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
The overload panel must be accessible while the fan array is energized with no enclosure interlocks to the VSD, contactors or motor circuits.
Short circuit and over current protection shall be manually reset.
Provide electrical disconnect means for each fan in the fan array.
Provide sufficient space to allow individual voltage and current measurements on each energized wire to be obtained for each motor in the fan array.
Provide digital output spit core current sensors (field adjustable) with LED indicator to monitor each fan motor current. Wire relevant current sensors for each fan array in series to provide one digital output to the BAS to indicate if one or more fan motor(s) of the array has failed. Additionally provide one current sensor to monitor the total current utilized by each fan array to indicate fan array status. The specific value of current for the fan array to indicate running (proof) status shall be field adjustable.
