PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS CAREFULLY

CHANGE OF CLOTHING/ITEMS TO BRING WITH YOUR CHILD

A complete change of clothing may be needed. Please bring a spare set with your child and ensure that they are labelled and placed in a small bag, Nursery children also need to bring Nappies, creams, wipes and any bottles. Any soiled clothing will be rinsed and placed in a plastic bag and returned to you. Some children may like to bring a comforter with them such as a dummy, blanket or teddy.

SICKNESS

Any child suffering from a doubtful rash, discharge from the eyes, a high Temperature or diarrhoea should be kept at home until the Doctor has certified that the symptoms have disappeared. Certain infectious childhood ailments will require your child to be excluded for an appropriate time to prevent the spread of infection. Should a child become sick at the TREEHOUSE Nursery or TREEHOUSE, every effort will be made to contact the parents. The Nursery reserves the right to take a child to hospital in an emergency.

HOLIDAYS AND ABSENCES

The Nursery is closed on Public Holidays and two weeks at Christmas. Absences from the Treehouse and Nursery , including sickness and family holidays, must be paid in full

DROPPING OFF AND COLLECTING YOUR CHILD

All children regardless of age must be collected by a responsible adult and collected on time at the end of each session. Session times must be adhered to, to ensure we do not exceed our maximum number of chil- dren under our registration with OFSTED. Consistent lateness will be charged.

FEE PAYMENT AND TERMS

Fees for Nursery and the Treehouse are payable monthly within the first week of each month. Or Weekly in advance. You can pay your invoice by Cash, Debt Card, Cheque made payable to The Oak Treehouse (Shepshed) Ltd., Standing Orders and Child Care vouchers

Please note that it is very time consuming and disruptive for the nursery staff to engage in pursuing unpaid fees. If the fees are not paid in full by the due date, you will unfortunately incur a charge of £10.00 for late fee payment. And your child’s place may be withdrawn until your child’s fees are paid in full.

Fees are usually reviewed annually .

Payment is required for periods of absence as the child’s place is kept open and staffing and other costs have to be met.

IF YOU ARE HAVING DIFFICULTY IN PAYING YOU FEES PLEASE SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AT THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE OPPORTUNITY TO AVOID ANY CHARGES THAT YOU MAY INCUR
