Alterations: Vinyl replacement windows in all openings; non-historic paired doors; two lights and intercom near door; non-historic door and grille at basement; stonework at base and steps painted gray; metal mesh screens, window grilles, vent and oil fill pipes at basement; non-historic metal stoop and areaway railing and gate; cornice detailing removed.
