Well motivated and high skilled VCT counselors attract and maintains high clients inflow at the site. Manages a dynamic post-test club. Has built a strong working relationship with other service providers. Is seeing an increase in people reached with VCT and HIV/AIDS messages. Maintains a youth friendly environment

Conclusions and Recommendations: It is possible to have a well skilled and motivated VCT staff that can deliver against all odds. Word Alive VCT Services- South Lunzu site have a story, in just three months has managed to register significant performance.
