Australia has an enviable reputation as being free of many serious pests, weeds and diseases which are the scourge of agriculture in other countries. Consequently, Australian authorities take biosecurity very seriously and quarantine inspections will take place at the airport on your arrival. The organising committee requests that delegates ensure that all field clothing is washed before being packed to minimise the risk of transfer of exotic crop diseases.
